2014
Carter Bailey, the founder, is developing a project for a national preschool operator in Austin, TX. He identified flaws in the site selection process and created an organized database, leading to the first iteration of the national preschool database Educated Analytics.
Carter assembled a team that developed the first national database of licensed childcare providers and partnered with ESRI. With our data and ESRI, we can now visualize and analyze the data.

2019
The team has successfully completed the first version of Educated Analytics and is now working on enhancing its capabilities by incorporating complementary data sets. This will make it a powerful intelligence tool that can provide valuable insights to its users.
Educated Analytics has launched its platform to become the leader in Early Education real estate intelligence. The EDA platform helps groups expand by identifying acquisition opportunities and offering in-depth analytics to optimize their portfolio and enhance transactions.

Educated Analytics has optimized its software architecture based on EDA platform client feedback, offering pre-configured web apps, dashboards, and data products. These tools help groups understand existing markets, identify emerging ones, and gain insights into their customer base.
